Reflectometry
Optical fibre is having a considerable impact on the digital transformation of businesses. For
companies and individuals, it is essential for exploiting Cloud solutions, leveraging
data generated by connected objects, exploit AI and augmented reality. We offer our trainees an in-depth module on fibre optic measurements to enable them to improve the reliability of their data and monitor their customers' fibre optic networks independently.
EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
Be able to measure a real optical balance using a reflectometer.
Be able to draw up a recipe file using software for post-processing reflectometer (OTDR) measurements.
