ASSESSMENT METHOD
At the end of a continuous training course corresponding to the qualification in question, the candidate is assessed by
a jury of professionals, based on the following criteria:
- A work situation or a presentation of a project carried out prior to the
session, supplemented by a technical interview, a professional questionnaire
questioning based on production(s) if provided for in the BR ;
- The results of assessments carried out during the course;
- A professional file in which the candidate has recorded evidence of his or her practice
appendices if provided for in the BR ;
- A final interview with the jury to obtain the professional qualification of sales consultant in
level 4 (BAC).

- Keeping an eye on professional and commercial developments.
- Participate in the management of merchant flows.
- Contribute to merchandising.
- Analysing and reporting on sales performance.
Module 2. Improving the customer experience in an omnichannel environment
- Representing the business unit and helping to enhance its image.
- Advising customers during the sales meeting.
- Tracking sales.
