- Receiving and checking goods
- Validate reception information and assign bays to new arrivals

Module 2. Processing product orders and making them available to customers
- Enter data relating to the processing of customer orders
- Welcoming customers, identifying their needs and drawing up sales documents
- Pick items from stock
