Module 1 Receiving goods, putting them into stock and monitoring inventory


- Receiving and checking goods
- Validate reception information and assign bays to new arrivals
products
- Putting items in stock
- Prepare and carry out inventories of products in stock


Module 2. Processing product orders and making them available to customers


- Enter data relating to the processing of customer orders
- Welcoming customers, identifying their needs and drawing up sales documents
- Pick items from stock
- Pack the customer's order so that it is ready for dispatch with the sales and marketing documents
